Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of saveinstaudio.com and the audio conversion service provided on it (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

SaveInstAudio lets you submit a link to publicly accessible content on Instagram and receive the audio from that content as an MP3 file. We do not host, store, index, or distribute any Instagram content. Each conversion is performed at your request, on a link you choose, and the resulting file is deleted from our servers shortly afterwards.

2. Personal use

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use — for example, listening offline, study, or reference while you practice or edit. You may not resell the Service, offer it as part of another product, or access it through automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers) without our written permission.

3. Your responsibility for copyright

Much of the audio on Instagram is protected by copyright and belongs to its creators, performers, and record labels. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to download and use any audio you obtain through the Service. Downloading a file does not give you permission to republish, sell, perform, or otherwise use it. You must also comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
  • attempt to access private, restricted, or non-public content;
  • download content for commercial redistribution or to build a competing library or database;
  • overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures;
  • use the Service in connection with harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful activity;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it.

We may block access from any person or network that breaches these rules.

5. No affiliation

SaveInstAudio is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the content the Service works with.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, that every link will convert, or that it will keep working if Instagram changes how its site works. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that files will be free of errors or suitable for any particular use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveInstAudio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to zero, because the Service is provided free of charge, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveInstAudio and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including any claim that audio you downloaded and used infringed someone’s rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
