DMCA / Copyright Policy

SaveInstAudio respects the rights of creators, musicians, and other copyright holders, and we expect our users to do the same. This page explains how the Service works in relation to copyrighted material and how to contact us if you have a concern.

We do not host or store content

SaveInstAudio is a conversion tool. We do not host, upload, index, or make available any audio or video, and we have no catalog or search of Instagram content. When a user pastes a link, our server fetches that single piece of publicly accessible content, converts its audio, and returns the file to that user only. The converted file is deleted automatically from our temporary storage within about 15 minutes. There is no page on our site where your work can be found, streamed, or downloaded by others.

Because the source content remains on Instagram, the most effective way to stop your work being accessed is to report it to Instagram directly through its copyright report form. Once it is removed from Instagram, it can no longer be converted by our tool or anyone else’s.

Sending us a notice

If you still believe our Service is being used to infringe your copyright, you can send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) or equivalent laws to hello@saveinstaudio.com with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Please include:

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
The exact Instagram URL(s) of the content concerned.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we will block the identified URL(s) from being processed by the Service, usually within two working days, and confirm to you by email. We may also block other links to the same content if you tell us about them. Repeat abuse of the Service by any user may lead to access being blocked.

Counter-notices

If you believe a URL was blocked by mistake — for example, because you own the content or have permission to use it — you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the block was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Misuse of notices

Knowingly submitting a false notice may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, please seek legal advice first.
